The End Of Wokeness
Dearly beloved, we are gathered together not to mourn but to celebrate the end of wokeness. Though I am not sure, nor were the woke people, of what that actually meant. Nevertheless, here we are.
Wokeness Is Marxist
When "woke" first entered into our jargon several years ago, at first glance I thought I fell into that category. Then I realized that "wokeness" believers sought to systematically change the pillars of our society. Now, I should not categorize all "woke" people in this political analysis. Some do have people's best interests in mind. "Wokeness," notwithstanding, is purely Marxist.
Collectivization
Marxists, while attempting to promote individual rights, like with trans individuals, seek to "collectivize" society. Gone are pronouns like he, she, etc., replaced by they, them.
Eastern Europe Cica 1945
Like in Eastern Europe, the Marxists seek to strip America of its history. Statues of Thomas Jefferson have come down. In Alabama, four-term Governor (five if you count his wife, Lurlene Burns Wallace, who served one term as a surrogate), George C. Wallace's name is no longer on college campuses. Now, I understand removing Confederate leaders from military bases, but what percentage of your new recruits actually knew this? History is not a pleasant subject. A society must learn from its mistakes and not seek to erase them, or they will all repeat their transgressions.
The Fight For Women Voters
Recently, we have seen the struggle with the battle cry of "my body, my choice" changed to "women's health." This is about abortion on demand, not "women's rights." Why did these same woke people not apply this during the pandemic when they yelled "trust the science," convincing people to take a vaccine and multiple boosters that did not work for a virus with a 99% survival rate? By the way, whatever happened to COVID?
A Democrat Defeat
The headlines in election news for the 2024 presidential election should focus more on the Democratic defeat than on Donald Trump's victory. One of the commercials that resonated the most with voters had to do with Vice President Harris's support for operations for transgender prisoners. On what planet is anyone going to support that?
Blue Wall Crumbles
From 1988 through 2016, the blue wall of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania was solidly Democratic states. Now they have flipped to Republican in the last three elections, making them purple. Why? Middle America, the moms and dads sitting around dinner tables with their kids do not subscribe to this kind of nonsense. Across all walks of life, David Axelrod just started race-baiting again by blaming racism and sexism for the 2024 Democratic nominee's defeat. No, sir. Half of Latino men and a quarter of black men voted against her. Her values, the Democratic party values, do not line up with American values.
Silent Majority Is Awake
Hopefully, the Democratic Party will move back to the center and realize that what matters are meat and potato issues. Because they just found out which ideology is awake and which is put to rest. At least for the foreseeable future.
