Marjorie Taylor Greene 'swatted' on Christmas Day, she says

Political harassment does not take a day off. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said Monday that she was beaten on Christmas Day after being the victim of falsified police reports for the eighth time. "I was just beaten," the Georgia Republican wrote to X on Monday.

“It's like the eighth time. Christmas with the family here." A "hit" means that someone reported a crime at your house that caused the police to arrive. It is not a common outcome, but such incidents have resulted in shootings or deaths when the police or the victim of the beating do something "wrong".

"My local police are the GREATEST and they shouldn't have to deal with this," Ms Greene wrote. "I really appreciate them and my family and I am in a joyful spirit celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ!" Ms. Greene, who lives in Rome, Georgia, previously accused left-wing activists of repeated crime calls to her home.

He talked about his past times of being beaten on the right broadcast network. Last August someone reported to police that a man had been shot five times in a bathtub where a woman and possibly other children were at home.

"It kills people. There have been several incidents like this where police have shot someone because they thought they were responding to a call. And that happened to me," Green told the network. The Washington Times has reached out to Greene's office for comment.
