THE SWATEK SYNDICATE: DAX SWATEK, THE SV&B PAC, AND THE GOAL PAC’S 4 MILLION DOLLAR GAMBLING BLITZ

By Christopher M Peeks April 14, 2026

The air in Montgomery is thick with the smell of rot renexpensive stationery. While the average Alabamian is trying to figure out how to pay for eggs, a pack of out-of-state wolves is trying to buy the entire statehouse and turn it into a private slot machine. At the center of this frantic, high-stakes power grab is Dax Swatek, a man who has turned political influence into a dark art form.

Dax Swatek isn’t just a lobbyist; he is the architect of a 4 million dollar shadow government. He is the man pulling the levers for the SV&B PAC and the GOAL PAC, two funnels designed to wash gambling money until it looks like local support.

THE SHELL GAME: SV&B PAC AND GOAL PAC

Dax Swatek’s operation is a classic shell game. On one side, you have the SV&B PAC—the primary intake valve for the big-money players. We are talking about 1.25 million dollars from the Sports Betting Alliance, including a massive 650,000 dollar injection on April 6, 2026. This is DraftKings and FanDuel trying to muscle their way into our backyards.

On the other side, Swatek uses the GOAL PAC (Growth and Opportunity for Alabama Leaders). The name is a joke, a cynical mask for a tactical hammer. By splitting the cash between SV&B and GOAL, Swatek can dump half a million dollars into a race like Senate District 34 without it looking like a single out-of-state bribe. It is layering, pure and simple—stripping the original identity off the cash until it is unrecognizable.

THE STAPLES STORE SHADOWS AND THE 4 MILLION DOLLAR BLACKOUT

The headquarters for this madness isn’t some marble hall in Montgomery. It’s a retail mailbox in a Staples store in Alexandria, Virginia. That is where the American Conservative Fund (ACF) hides. Despite the millions moving through Swatek’s PACs, the ACF has reported zero dollars in electronic filings.

It is a total transparency blackout. Dax Swatek is managing a digital pipeline that moves millions while the official record shows a big, fat zero. By the time this money hits Huntsville or Florence, it has been laundered through the SV&B and GOAL brand names, hiding the fact that out-of-state moguls are the ones really calling the shots.

THE CRIMINAL TALLY FOR DAX SWATEK

The law is finally starting to look back at the men in the shadows. Mo Brooks has called for Attorney General Steve Marshall to investigate Dax Swatek’s organizations for what look like intentional criminal offenses. Under Section 17-5-19 of the Alabama Code, failing to report these massive financial movements is a Class A Misdemeanor.

Dax Swatek is the man holding the bag for both the SV&B PAC and the GOAL PAC. He is the one sitting at the center of this 4 million dollar siege. As the May 19 primary looms, Alabama has to decide if it belongs to its citizens or if it belongs to the man behind the PACs. The house is trying to win, but the people are finally seeing the cards.
