Have you ever read a quote from a politician that left you dumbfounded? I mean, just jaw-dropping at the nonsense spewing from their mouth? I have seen plenty try to shovel crap down my throat, but I don't believe anyone takes the cake like Twinkle Cavanaugh.
Has anyone seen her latest tweets? Surely the voters will not buy the non-stop BS she rolls out every four years when it's time for reelection. She is a conservative, for the Second Amendment, and pro-life. Blah, blah, blah. Hey, that's all well and fine, so am I, but as president of the Public Service Commission, she has no control over these issues. She regulates utility companies.
She is also fighting the liberal Biden agenda. Okay, can anybody tell me what that means? Because she can't. I called the PSC office the other day asking what she is doing to fight the Biden agenda, and I'm still waiting for a response. Her idea of fighting the liberal fighting agenda is raising your power bills every two months. In 13 years in Montgomery all she's been able to accomplish is rate increases for Alabama Power.
Now let's get down to the heart of the matter. The Public Service Commission should not be about conservative or liberal. It should be about doing the right thing. Liberals, like conservatives, would not support raising people's power rates by an average of $82 a month in one year. But she did.
Twinkle Cavanaugh and her Den of Thieves are not fighting any agenda. They're just going along with one, which the utility companies tell them to do. Ratepayers next March. Let's do the right thing and end Twinkle's agenda
